In this blog, I will talk a little about the original denim fabrics that I was able to create through the pursuit of Kraftwerk.

Shota Hiyama's 24 Spring/Summer collection started with sunflowers, and he wrote down the keywords that came to mind on paper.
.
Alongside sunflowers, flower children, hippies and Woodstock, there is a 70's style, and for me, denim was essential.
.
Just as I layered the words, I decided to layer the fabric as well.

Denim from Hiroshima, which we always use. This time, 12.5 ounces of 100% cotton has been processed in three ways: one-wash, fade, and bleach.

They were sewn to look like warp and weft threads and were transformed into a single denim fabric. The idea came from my experience as a hand weaver.

When I received a sample of a new patchwork expression that took advantage of my own atelier, I was thrilled. Neither fabric shops nor sewing shops will do it.

We named this fabric "OVERLAP." It means to overlap, to overlap.
.
To be honest, it is not suitable for mass production because it takes a lot of time and effort to make a single piece of denim fabric before making clothes. But it's cool. That's why I make it. That's it.

All products are washed after treatment. Each fringe is created differently.

If you want to enjoy the gradual aging of your clothes, please turn them inside out when washing and place them in a net.

Clothes that pack a sense of playfulness into universal forms are typical of our clothes.
